CITY COUNCIL RETREAT

City Council Norms, Values, and Principles of Governance; Development of a City Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2025-26 and 2026-27, including Review of Existing Goals for Fiscal Year 2024-25, Review of Data Collected Through Community Survey and Workshops, and Drafting of Fiscal Year 2025-26 and 2026-27 Goals, and Discussion of potential amendments to the existing City Vision and Mission, and creation of City Values.

Recommendation: Receive presentation and provide direction to staff as appropriate.
