CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS:

The City Council, Planning Commission and Architectural Review Board will meet to discuss the following subject matter:

1. Conceptual review of three options for a mixed-use project that would include: 6,718 square-feet of research and development office space; a 2,224 square-foot café/deli; and either 159, 147, or 153 apartment units, respectively for each option, on an 8.63-acre parcel located at 6380 Via Real (APN 001-190-097), proposed by Troy White, agent, for Steve Leonard, Manager for RPG Carpinteria, LLC.

PUBLIC COMMENT WILL BE HEARD CONCERNING ONLY THE AGENDIZED ITEMS FOR THIS SPECIAL MEETING
