2. Public Comment. This is the time for public comments on matters not otherwise on the agenda, but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Coastal Land Use Plan /General Plan Update Committee.

3. Review and Approval of Meeting Action Minutes (October 21, 2024)

4. Discussion of Community Design Element; particularly the goals, objectives, and policies related to the Carpinteria Bluffs Subarea.

5. Adjournment.
