2) Aliso School Kindergarten Building Planner: Megan Musolf Project: 25-2329-DPR/CDP Address: 4545 Carpinteria Avenue Hearing on the request of Carpinteria Unified School District to consider Project 25-2329-DPR/CDP (application filed on January 17, 2025) for approval of a Development Plan Revision and Coastal Development Permit to amend the Aliso School Master Plan to allow a new single-story 6,467 square foot classroom building on the eastern side of the Aliso Elementary School campus, and the removal of portable structures on the west side of the campus under the provisions of the Community Facility (CF) zone district; and to approve an Exemption pursuant to §15302, §15304, and §15314 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. The application involves APNs 003-230-018, -011, and -016, addressed as 4545 Carpinteria Avenue.
