PUBLIC COMMENT: This is a time for public comments on matters not otherwise on the agenda but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Public Facility Site Acquisition/Development Committee. The Public Comment period is limited to 15 minutes and divided among those persons desiring to speak. No person shall speak longer than three (3) minutes, however, the Mayor may establish shorter periods based on the time available and/or the number of persons waiting to speak. Persons wishing to speak on a specific item will be recognized at the time the agenda item is considered.
ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS:
1. Approve the minutes of the April 15, 2021 regular meeting, April 29, 2021 special meeting, and May 20, 2021 special meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
2. FEMA Emergency Funding Partial Denial Appeal for 2017 Thomas Fire and Debris Flow.
3. Provide update on Dune and Shoreline Management Plan.
4. Provide update on Linden Avenue Improvements Project- Carpinteria Avenue to Linden Avenue Overpass.
5. Provide update Carpinteria High School-Rincon High School Area Crosswalk Safety Improvements Project.
6. Provide update on Carpinteria Avenue and Palm Avenue Intersection Improvements Project.
7. Present draft temporary construction easements for Rincon Multi-Use Trail Project.
