Notice is hereby given that this meeting of the Carpinteria City Finance/Budget Standing Committee at City Hall, located at 5775 Carpinteria Avenue, Carpinteria is to consider and discuss the following items:

2. Public Comment: This is a time for public comments on matters not otherwise on the agenda but withing the subject matter jurisdiction of the Finance Budget Committee.

4. Proposed Measure X Budget

5. Proposed Library Budget

6. American Recovery Act and budget ramifications

7. Adjournment
