1. Call to Order/Roll Call.
2. Public Comment: This is a time for public comments on matters not otherwise on the agenda but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the District Elections Committee.
3. Approve the minutes of the meetings held on June 17, 2019, October 14, 2019, and October 19, 2020.
4. Review the updated public hearing schedule and process for Transitioning to District- Based City Council Elections and make any adjustments as needed due to the pandemic.
5. Review of new public outreach options.
6. Scheduling of next meeting.
