CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS

The City Council, Planning Commission and Architectural Review Board will meet to discuss the following subject matter:

Conceptual review of a proposed lodging development with 26 Airstream trailer units, a 2,200-square foot clubhouse, a 550-square foot maintenance building, 28 space parking lot, and associated landscape/hardscape improvements on a 2.48-acre parcel located at the easternmost end of Carpinteria Avenue at 6555 Carpinteria Avenue (APNs 001-210-013, -016, and -023), proposed by John King/King Ventures/Rincon Bluffs Group, LLC and AutoCamp.

Recommendation: Receive public comment, and provide individual comments on the lodging development proposal.
