PUBLIC COMMENT: This is a time for public comments on matters not otherwise on the agenda but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Public Facility Site Acquisition/Development Committee. The Public Comment period is limited to 15 minutes and divided among those persons desiring to speak. No person shall speak longer than three (3) minutes, however, the Mayor may establish shorter periods based on the time available and/or the number of persons waiting to speak. Persons wishing to speak on a specific item will be recognized at the time the agenda item is considered.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Discuss cost estimating, construction funding options and prioritizations for Concha Park and Skate Park Projects.

2. Receive briefing on Chevron Pier.

3. Initiate a conversation on the Community and Senior Center including what tasks need to be accomplished, when and how, in order to move the matter forward.

4. Receive progress updates of the 2021 Pavement Maintenance Project and 2021 Pavement Rehabilitation Project and proposed street lists for the 2022 Pavement Maintenance Project and 2022 Pavement Rehabilitation Project.

5. Discuss Annual Funding and a Debt Financing Option for Pavement Projects.
