VIRTUAL VIEWING OF PUBLIC MEETINGS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THIS VIRTUAL JOINT MEETING OF THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CARPINTERIA CITY COUNCIL AND THE CARPINTERIA UNITED SCHOOL DISTRICT GOVERNING BOARD IS TO CONSIDER AND DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

BUSINESS

1. Pedestrian Safety and Crossing Guard service around school sites. City staff to present information on status of various safety projects, crossing guard service and CUSD's expansion request.

2. School restart: District to advise on timing and support needs, e.g., traffic safety patrol.

3. Student connectivity: District to present on student gaps/needs and group discussion on possible solutions to explore.

4. Future agenda matters: Updating of City/District Facilities Use Agreements, South Coast Youth Safety Partnership, Community Garden Education and Youth Civic Engagement Programs.
