1. Project: Bono Duplex Addition & Remodel, Project 23-2237-CUP/CDP/ARB Address: 4788 & 4792 Dorrance Way Applicant: Dylan Chappell, architect, for Brandon Bono Planner: Syndi Souter Request of Dylan Chappell, architect for Brandon Bono, to consider Project 23-2237-CUP/CDP/ARB for final review of a proposal to construct a new 371 square-foot second-story addition to the existing 1,781 square-foot single-story duplex and to convert the existing 354 square-foot carport into a two-car garage. The resultant duplex would be 1,798 square feet in size with an attached 354 square-foot two-car garage, for a total size of 2,152 square feet. The maximum height of the duplex would be 21.5 feet above existing grade. The height would reach a maximum of 20.7-feet above finished grade. The proposal also includes new landscaping, hardscape, fencing, and walls. The property is a 7,583 square foot parcel zoned Single Family Residential (6-R-1) and shown as APN 003-382-012, addressed as 5559 Calle Arena.
3. Project: Johnson Garage, Project 24-2285-CDP/ARB Address: 4975 Sawyer Avenue Applicant: Briana Rios, Sherry & Associates, Architects Planner: Brian Banks Request of Briana Rios, Sherry & Associates, for Aaron Johnson, to consider Project 24-2285-CDP/ARB for preliminary and final review of a request to demolish all unpermitted accessory structures and to construct a new 471 square-foot two-car garage and 64 square foot spa. The existing driveway and landscaping are proposed to remain. The maximum building height would reach 13 feet-3 inches. The property is a 6,970 square foot parcel zoned Planned Residential Development (PRD-20) and shown as APN 003-153-017, addressed as 4975 Sawyer Avenue.
