Project: Carpinteria Farm Preserve & Bungalows, Project #23-2207-DP/LCPA/TPM/CDP Address: 5669 & 5885 Carpinteria Avenue Applicant: Laurel Perez, SEPPS, Inc., agent for Carp Bluff, LLC Planner: Syndi Souter Request of Laurel Perez, SEPPS, Inc., agent for Carp Bluff, LLC, to consider Project 23-2207-DP/LCPA/TPM/CDP for preliminary review of a request to construct a new 99-room resort with associated amenities, a 41-unit apartment complex, and recreational trail improvements. The project would include the removal of 108 trees, new landscaping, and habitat restoration. The property is 27.5 acres in size zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) and shown as APNs 001-170-010 and -013, addressed as 5669 and 5885 Carpinteria Avenue.
