PROJECT REVIEW
1. Projects: Sandpiper MHP Solar Panels- Phase 1, Project 22-2167-DP/CDP and Sandpiper MHP Solar Panels- Phase 2, Project 22-2168-DP/CDP Addresses: 3950 Via Real and 1315 Cravens Lane Applicant: Steve Welton, SEPPS, agent, for Sandbar Solar Planner: Syndi Souter Request of Steve Welton, SEPPS, agent, for Sandbar Solar, to consider Projects 22-2167-DP/CDP (Phase 1) and 22-2168-DP/CDP (Phase 2) for in-progress preliminary review of a request for a two-phase solar panel installation project. Phase 1 would include the installation of two new carport-style solar panel canopies and associated electrical support equipment. The canopies would be approximately 5,140- and 5,290-square feet in size, respectively, for a total of approximately 10,430 square-feet, and would have a maximum height of 13.33-feet. Phase 2 would include the installation of four new ground-mounted solar panel arrays and associated electrical support equipment. The arrays would range in size from 2,571- to 3,142-square feet, for a total of 11,426 square-feet, and would have a maximum height of 5.5-feet. New landscaping and hardscape improvements are proposed for both phases of the project. The property is a 37.15-acre multi-parcel site zoned Mobile Home Park Planned Development (MHP) and shown as APNs 005-430-021 and -051, addressed as 3950 Via Real and 1315 Cravens Lane.
2. Project: Pfaff New Residence, Project 23-2209-ARB/CDP Address: 5559 Calle Arena Applicant: Jon Starr, designer, for Mark and Megan Pfaff Planner: Syndi Souter Request of Jon Starr, designer, for Mark and Megan Pfaff, to consider Project 23-2209-ARB/CDP for preliminary review of a proposal for a new 2,631 square-foot two-story single-family residence with an attached 401 square-foot two-car garage on a vacant lot, for a total size of 3,032 square feet. The height would reach a maximum of 25-feet above finished grade. The proposal also includes new landscaping, hardscape, fencing, and walls. The property is a 7,583 square foot parcel zoned Single Family Residential (6-R-1) and shown as APN 003-382-012, addressed as 5559 Calle Arena.
