Select existing exterior unpermitted building mounted lights and parking lot/grounds lighting would be replaced with new fixtures, select existing exterior fixtures would be removed, and new fixture locations are proposed. Fifty-two replacement trees would be planted and a variety of shrubs are also proposed as part of a comprehensive re-landscaping plan. No remaining existing trees are proposed to be removed.
