1. Review Public Feedback Discussion - We received four communications in response to the Community Meeting presentation held on August 19, 2020.

a. Received an email from a reporter at the Montecito Journal. Susan and I spoke to the reporter on August 27th and we also recommended that she speak with Pat Saley.

b. Received comments from an LWG member who provided suggestions for including additional clarifying content to the report. We have incorporated the suggestions into the final version of the report.

c. Received comments from an individual who had questions about the boundaries regarding the formation of a new zone and suggested that populations for zones be re-designed based on population and library card holders.

d. Received a communication from the Director of the Black Gold Cooperative Library System about the timing for any transition by Carpinteria and Montecito libraries out of Zone 1 and the creation of a new zone and the process for recognition by Black Gold and the California State Library.
