1) Project: Scouras Residence Two-story Addition & Remodel, 20-2042-ARB Address: 1493 Trenora Street Applicant: Donald Bryan, Blue Sky Studio for Jennifer and Amber Scouras Planner: Syndi Souter Request of Donald Bryan, Blue Sky Studio, agent for Jennifer M. & Amber Scouras, Trustees of the Scouras Family Trust dated 2/4/2020, to consider Project 20-2042-ARB for in-progress review of a proposal to remodel and construct a new two-story addition of 456 square feet to the existing 2,340 square-foot single-family residence. The project will result in a single-family residence of 2,795 square feet with an attached two-car garage of 441 square feet, for a total resultant size of 3,236 square feet. The property is an 8,402 square-foot parcel zoned Single Family Residential (8-R-1) and shown as APN 001-280-011, addressed as 1493 Trenora Street.
2) Project: Faith Lutheran Lot Split & New Residences, 16-1849-CUPR/TM/CDP Address: 1335 Vallecito Place Applicants: John Schuck & John Mullen, Franciscan Developments, INC. Planner: Syndi Souter Request of John Schuck and John Mullen, Franciscan Developments, INC., agents for Faith Lutheran Church, to consider Project 16-1849-CUPR/TM/CDP for in-progress review of a proposal to subdivide the existing Faith Lutheran Church property into seven (7) separate lots and to construct five (5) new residences and a private road. The Church and existing parsonage will remain on two of the new lots, and five new lots would be created, ranging from 0.17 acres to 0.26 acres (net) each. Residences proposed on the newly created lots would be one- and two-story structures ranging from 2,515 to 2,920 square feet in size. The existing 2,721 square-foot parsonage is proposed to become an affordable unit on a .22-acre (net) lot (Lot 1). A bio-retention pond and parking lot expansion-reconfiguration are proposed on the 62,166 square-foot Church lot (Lot 7). The property is a 2.7-acre parcel zoned Single Family Residential (7-R-1) and shown as APN 003-142-032, addressed as 1335 Vallecito Place.
3) Project: Office Remodel and Site Improvements, 19-2012-DPR/CDP Address: 6384 Via Real/6390 Cindy Lane Applicant: Alan Grofsky, architect for Jeremy Rogers, Mac Partners LLC Planner: Marysol Smith Request of Alan Grofsky, architect for Jeremy Rogers, Mac Partners LLC, to consider Project 19-2012-DPR/CDP for in-progress review of a proposal to renovate the site and exterior facade of an existing office building. The renovation would include new roll-up doors, facade improvements, rooftop equipment screens, a new shuttle stop and parking area, exterior patio areas, re-landscaping, exterior lighting and a new trash enclosure. The maximum height of the building would be increased by five feet to 25 feet. The property is a 2.25 acre parcel zoned Industrial/Research Park District (M-RP) and shown as APN 001-190-023, addressed as 6384 Via Real/6390 Cindy Lane.
4) Project: Residential Remodel and Addition, 20-2061-ARB/CDP Address: 1150 Vallecito Road Applicant: Brandon and Julia Wheatley Planner: Marysol Smith Request of Brandon and Julia Wheatley, to consider Project 20-2061-ARB/CDP for preliminary/final review of a proposal to construct a single-story addition of approximately 157 square feet to the front and side of an existing residence and remodel the interior. The addition would accommodate a new master suite. The property is a 9,338 square foot parcel zoned Single Family Residential (6-R-1) and shown as APN 003-193-015, addressed as 1150 Vallecito Road.
