C. PUBLIC COMMENT: This is a time for public comments on matters not otherwise on the agenda but within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Architectural Review Board. Comments shall be limited to 15 minutes, divided among those persons desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 1) APPLICANT: Dylan Chappell (Project: 19-2019-ARB) PLANNER: Syndi Souter PROJECT LOCATION: 764 Oak Avenue ZONING: Single Family Residential (6-R-1): Hearing on the request of Dylan Chappell, architect for Jon Lewis, to consider Project 19-2019-ARB for revised preliminary/final review of a proposal for a 129 square-foot addition to the front of the existing one-story 1,001 square-foot single-family residence, facing Oak Avenue. Resultant total square footage of the residence would increase to 1,130 square feet with a maximum building height of 15 feet. The property is a 7,000 square-foot parcel zoned Single Family Residential (6-R-1), and shown as APN 003-333-021, addressed as 764 Oak Avenue.
2) APPLICANT: Sean Foster, architect, for Andrew and Olivia Buck (Project: 20-2040-ARB/CDP) PLANNER: Marysol Smith PROJECT LOCATION: 580 Calle Dia ZONING: Single Family Residential (6-R-1): Hearing on the request of Sean Foster, architect for Andrew and Olivia Buck, to consider Project 20-2040-ARB/CDP for preliminary review of a proposal to construct a 544 square foot master bedroom addition to the front of an existing 1,344 square foot single-family residence. The project would also include a new covered entry porch, new doors and windows, new skylights and an interior remodel to, in part, accommodate a new laundry room. Maximum height of the residence would remain at approximately 12 feet three inches. Existing landscaping, including the front yard hedge is proposed to remain. The property is a 10,385 square foot parcel zoned Single-Family Residential District (6-R-1) and shown as APN 003-351-021, addressed as 580 Calle Dia.
3) APPLICANT: Thomas Chu, agent for Sukone Sriprajittichai (Project: 20-2046-ARB/CDP) PLANNER: Marysol Smith PROJECT LOCATION: 901 Linden Avenue, Suite B ZONING: Central Business District (CBD): Hearing on the request of Thomas Chu, agent for Sukone Sriprajittichai, to consider Project 20-2046-ARB/CDP for a preliminary/final review of a proposal to install three new windows on the exterior wall of an existing tenant suite. The new storefront windows would be on the building’s Ninth Street frontage. Existing windows and the Ninth Street entrance would remain. No changes are proposed to the footprint of the building or the tenant suite. The property is a 6,969 square foot parcel zoned Central Business District (CBD) and shown as APN 003-261-007, addressed as 901 Linden Avenue, Suite B.
