1) APPLICANT: Don Gragg for Nell & John Able (Project: 18-1909-ARB/CDP) PLANNER: Nick Bobroff PROJECT LOCATION: 477 Concha Loma Drive ZONING: Single Family Residential (20-R-1): Request of Don Gragg, agent for Nell and John Able, to consider Project 18-1909-ARB/CDP for final review of a proposal for a remodel and additions of 1,527 square feet to the ground floor and basement levels of an existing house; a 117 square foot addition to an attached garage; construction of a pool; and construction of a detached 698 square foot secondary dwelling unit. The property is a 30,154 square foot parcel zoned Single Family Residential (20-R-1) and shown as APN 003-370-008, addressed at 477 Concha Loma Drive.
2) APPLICANT: Dylan Chappell (Project: 20-2054-CON) PLANNER: Syndi Souter PROJECT LOCATION: 1147 Vallecito Road ZONING: Single Family Residential (6-R-1): Hearing on the request of Dylan Chappell, architect for Manuel Martinez, to consider Project 20-2054-CON for conceptual review of a proposal to remodel an existing two-story 2,715 square foot single-family residence with an attached 675 square foot two-car garage and construct new first and second-story additions totaling 902 square feet. 3) APPLICANT: Alan Grofsky, architect for Jeremy Rogers, Mac Partners LLC (Project: 19-2012-DPR/CDP) PLANNER: Marysol Smith PROJECT LOCATION: 6384 Via Real ZONING: Industrial/Research Park District (M-RP): Hearing on the request of Alan Grofsky, architect for Jeremy Rogers, Mac Partners LLC to consider Project 19-2012-DPR/CDP for preliminary review of a request to renovate the site and exterior facade of an existing office building. The renovation would include new roll-up doors, facade improvements, rooftop equipment screens, a new shuttle stop and parking area, exterior patio areas, re-landscaping, exterior lighting and a new trash enclosure. The project would also include interior improvements to the building. The maximum height of the building would be increased by five feet.
