Authorize a member of the City Council and the City Manager to present in-person public comment on behalf of the Council at the November 6, 2025 meeting of the California Coastal Commission (CCC), regarding the rezoning of three sites in the unincorporated Carpinteria Valley to multifamily residential use; and provide direction to City staff on a proposed comment letter to the CCC regarding the County rezone sites.
