PUBLIC HEARING:

15. (1) Adoption of Resolution No. 6413, thereby initiating proposed amendments to the City's Local Coastal Program and Carpinteria Municipal Code, Title 14: Zoning, to amend the City's zoning map to rezone APNs 001-180-032 and 001-180-040 from Industrial/Research Park ("M-RP") to Residential/Mixed Use ("RMU") and (2) Direct staff to initiate negotiations with the property owner of APNs 001-180-032 and -040 concerning possible terms for a Development Agreement related to the rezoning and future redevelopment of the subject properties.
