3. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held May 12, 2025.
4. Receive and file the Expenditures for the period beginning May 5, 2025 and ending May 16, 2025.
5. Receive and file the Report of Contracts Executed by the City Manager for the Period of April 8, 2025 through May 6, 2025.
6. Receive and file the Monthly City Treasurer’s Report on Compliance with Statement of Safekeeping and Investment of Public Funds for April 2025.
7. Adopt Ordinance No. 793 (second reading), amending Chapter 2.37 of Title 2 (Administration and Personnel) of the Carpinteria Municipal Code to modify the provisions relating to the appointment and service of Youth Representatives on the Library Advisory Commission. (Requires a roll call vote.)
8. Adopt Resolution No. 6402, approving an amendment to the City's Investment Policy to change the investment reporting frequency from quarterly to monthly.
