2. Approve the minutes of the regular meeting held January 13, 2025.
3. Receive and file the Expenditures for the period beginning December 30, 2024 and ending January 10, 2025.
4. Receive and file the Report of Contracts Executed by the City Manager for the Period of December 3, 2024 through January 6, 2025.
5. Receive and file the Monthly City Treasurer’s Report on Compliance with Statement of Safekeeping and Investment of Public Funds for December 2024.
6. Receive and file the Quarterly Review of the Pension Stabilization Trust.
7. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement for Joint Use of Carpinteria Unified School District Athletic Facilities and find that execution of the Agreement for Joint Use of Carpinteria Unified School District Athletic Facilities is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), and 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
8. Approve the Agreement for Joint Use of the Carpinteria Community Pool and Beach and Provision of Related Services between the City of Carpinteria and the Carpinteria Unified School District and find that approval of the Agreement for Joint Use of the Carpinteria Community Pool and Beach and Provision of Related Services between the City of Carpinteria and the Carpinteria Unified School District is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3), and 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
9. Authorize the City Manager to approve the First Amendment to Agreement No. 2022-048 with New Beginnings for the Safe Parking Program, adding $1,500 to the contract for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $95,500 to cover expenses related to expanding the program from 6 to 12 parking spaces and approve and adopt Resolution No. 6365 expanding the Safe Parking Program from 6 to 12 parking spaces. (This motion requires a roll call vote.)

10. Consideration of Making Appointments to the Planning Commission, Architectural Review Board, Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Board, Carpinteria Open Space Management Advisory Board, Tree Advisory Board, Downtown "T" Business Advisory Board, Integrated Pest Management Committee, Environmental Review Committee, Community Development Block Grant Committee, and Appoint Representatives to the Santa Barbara Mosquito and Vector Management District, Community Media Access Center and County Library Advisory Committee.
