11. Scheduling a special meeting of the City Council for consideration of the Annual Work Plan.

12. Receive staff report and act on the recommendations to: (1) Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement for executive search services for the Assistant City Manager and Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director positions with Bob Murray and Associates in an amount not-to-exceed $37,500 and; (2) Approve Budget Appropriation for $40,000 for executive recruitment services for an Assistant City Manager and Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director.
