5. Approval and adoption of Resolution No. 6164, declaring certain City-owned property/equipment as surplus assets and authorizing disposal.
6. Approval and Authorization to Execute a Mitigation Cooperative Agreement between the City of Carpinteria and the California Department of Transportation concerning the Highway 101 Carpinteria to Santa Barbara Project (Segment 4A).
7. Adoption of Resolution No. 6163, Authorizing Continued Remote Teleconference Meetings of the City Council and Boards, Committees, and Commissions.
8. Authorize the City Manager to execute Consultant Services Agreement Amendment No. 3 between the City of Carpinteria and WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure Inc. (WSP), (formerly Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc.), for planning and environmental services in support of the City's Coastal Land Use Plan and General Plan (CLUP/GP) Update for an amount not-to-exceed $391,490. (This motion requires a roll call vote.)
9. Approve and adopt Resolution No. 6166 creating a single Classification and Compensation Schedule for Management and Miscellaneous Unrepresented Personnel, including new salary grades and pay ranges as recommended by the 2021 Total Compensation Report, and assignment of current and new job positions into the salary grades.
*10. Ratify Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Law Enforcement Services Agreement Between the City of Carpinteria and the County of Santa Barbara for a total of $5,056,981 for Fiscal Year 2022/23. (This motion requires a roll call vote.)
ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS:
11. Authorization for the City Manager to execute an Agreement with RRM Design Group to provide consulting design services for the Franklin Creek Trail Improvement Project.
12. Award of a construction contract for the Former Venoco Oil Pipeline #0470 Abandonment Project, and authorization to enter into a related construction management agreement.
13. Adoption of Resolution No. 6165, approving the recommendations of the Traffic Safety Committee.
PUBLIC HEARING: NONE
OTHER BUSINESS:
14. Approval of financial support for the Carpinteria Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group.
15. Informational Report on Parking Lot No. 1 issues and recommendations raised by business owners/operators.
16. Consideration of initiating the ordinance process concerning building electrification regulations.
