1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION. Based on existing facts and circumstances, the legislative body is deciding whether to initiate litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) with regard to one potential case. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a), and based on advice from legal counsel, the City Council finds that discussion in open session will prejudice the position of the City in the litigation.
