6. Agreement with Walker Parking Consultants for Developing a Downtown Carpinteria Parking Management Plan.
7. Agreement with Willdan Financial Services for preparation of a Development Impact Fee Study.
8. Approval of the annual display of the Pride flag in the month of June pursuant to the City’s Policy for the Display of Flags on City Property (Resolution No. 6112).
PUBLIC HEARING:
9. Continuation of Carpinteria Street Lighting District No. 1 and Levying of Ad Valorem Tax for Fiscal Year 2022-23 and Related Protest Hearing.
10. Continuation of Carpinteria Lighting, Landscaping and Right-of-Way Improvement District No. 3 and Levying Assessment for Fiscal Year 2022-23 and Related Protest Hearing.
11. Resolution No. 6134 concerning the continuation of Parking and Business Improvement Area Assessment District No. 4, including setting the general business assessment amount for Fiscal Year 2022-23, including the suspension of the application of the annual inflationary adjustment.
12. Continuation of the Winter Protection Berm Assessment District No 5 and Levying the Annual Assessment for Fiscal Year 2022-23 and Related Protest Hearing.
OTHER BUSINESS:
13. Ordinance No. 755, an urgency ordinance establishing a temporary moratorium on the establishment of formula businesses in the City of Carpinteria.
14. *Approval and adoption of Ordinance 756, establishing a Library Advisory Commission in the Municipal Code, and Resolution No. 6136, setting compensation for Carpinteria Community Library Advisory Commission members.
15. Award a Construction Contract to Onyx Paving Company, Inc. and Authorize an Agreement with Davis CME to Provide Construction Inspection and Testing Services for the 2022 Pavement Maintenance Project.
16. Approval and adoption of Resolution No. 6131, authorizing execution of a Solid Waste Handling Services Franchise Agreement with E.J. Harrison & Sons, Inc., for a minimum term of 10 years, beginning July 1, 2022, and a maximum term of 20 years.
17. Legislation Position letters concerning Assembly Bills 1881, 2097, and repeal of Proposition 19.
