8. Proposed correspondence from the City to the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara Board of Commissioners objecting to its residential development concept for 173 apartment units on an approximately 7-acre site located at 1101 and 1103 Bailard Avenue.

9. A status report and request for City Council policy input on proposed amendments to the Carpinteria Municipal Code, Title 14, Chapter 14.72 to implement recent State of California (State) enactment of housing laws to promote development of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs).
