6. Request by the County of Santa Barbara for Subsidizing Record of Survey Review Service.
7. Renewal of the City's membership in the Santa Barbara County CDBG Urban County Partnership and HOME Consortium for the next three-year qualification period Federal Fiscal Years 2022-2024.
PUBLIC HEARING:
8. Continuation of Carpinteria Street Lighting District No. 1 and Levying the Ad Valorem Tax for Fiscal year 2021-22 and related Protest Hearing.
9. Continuation of Carpinteria Lighting, Landscaping and Right-of-Way lmprovement District No. 3 and Levying Assessment for Fiscal Year 2021-22 and Related Protest Hearing.
10. Resolution No. 6052, concerning the continuation of Parking and Business Improvement Area Assessment District No. 4, including setting the adjusted general business assessment amount and suspending its application for Fiscal Year 2021-22.
11. Continuation of the Winter Protection Berm Assessment District No. 5 and Levying the Annual Assessment for Fiscal Year 2021-22 and Related Protest Hearing.
OTHER BUSINESS:
12. Resolution No. 6055, concerning the establishment of the positions of Assistant City Manager and Executive Assistant/Deputy City Clerk in the General Government Department.
13. Ordinance No. 747, establishing a Municipal Library, Library Board of Trustee, and the Library Division of the Parks, Recreation and Public Facilities Department; and Resolution No. 6056, establishing the full-time positions of the City Librarian and Library Specialist, and the part-time positions of Library Technician and Library Page.
