13. Review of Santa Barbara County Association of Governments’ recent approval of the Regional Housing Needs Allocation and related information concerning the City’s option to appeal its allocation by the filing deadline of 5:00 p.m. on May 3, 2021.
14. Consultant Services Agreement between the City of Carpinteria and RRM Design Group to prepare the City’s Downtown Design Overlay Program and Accessory Dwelling Unit Prototypes for an amount not-to-exceed $177,783.
15. Annual report on the progress being made implementing the City’s General Plan Annual Report
16. An update report on the results of the good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute between the City of Carpinteria ("City") and the County of Santa Barbara Sheriff's Office ("Sheriff's Office") regarding proposed cost increases under the Agreement to Provide Law Enforcement Services between the City and County of Santa Barbara ("Agreement").
17. Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement No. 3 to closeout the Agreement with GWMC, llc for Project No. 15093 – City Hall Remediation & Renovation Project.
18. Report on Street Lighting District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2021-2022.
19. Report on Lighting, Landscaping and Right-of-Way lmprovement District No. 3 for Fiscal Year 2021-22.
