AGENDA MODIFICATIONS: The City Council may modify the regular agenda by tabling items, adding urgency items to the agenda, or changing the order in which items are considered. Changes to the Consent Calendar are considered at the time the Consent Calendar is considered.

CONSENT CALENDAR: Individual items may be removed and considered separately at the request of a Councilmember. Any item, which is removed from the Consent Calendar, will be added to the end of the agenda under Other Business.

1. Approve the minutes of the special City Council meeting of May 18, 2020 and regular City Council meeting of September 14 and 28, 2020.

2. Receive and file the expenditures for the period beginning October 17, 2020 and ending October 30, 2020.
