1) Monte Vista Off-Leash Dog Park Temporary Use Permit Status Report Planner: Megan Musolf Project 23-2261-TUP Address: Monte Vista Park Applicant: City of Carpinteria Hearing pursuant to the adopted Conditions of Approval for Project 23-2261-TUP to receive a status report following six months of operation of the Monte Vista off-leash dog park pilot program. The dog park is located in Monte Vista Park (APN 001-080-038).

2) Zoning Amendments for the 2023-2031 Housing Element Planners: Mindy Fogg and Megan Musolf Project 24-2279-ORD/LCPA Address: Citywide Applicant: City of Carpinteria Hearing on behalf of the City of Carpinteria Community Development Department to consider three proposed ordinances that would implement Program 1 (Adequate Sites to Accommodate Regional Housing Needs) of the City's 2023-2031 Housing Element, and to provide recommendations to the City Council regarding adoption of the ordinances, as determined appropriate.
