4) Updates to Density Bonus Regulations Planners: Megan Musolf and Mindy Fogg Project 21-2111-LCPA/ORD Address: Citywide Applicant: City of Carpinteria Hearing at the request of the City of Carpinteria to consider Project No. 21-2111-LCPA/ORD, an ordinance proposing to repeal and replace Chapter 14.77 of the Carpinteria Municipal Code, part of the City's Local Coastal program, to implement changes to State density bonus law; and to approve a California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines sections 15265 and 15061(b)(3). The ordinance would be applicable Citywide on any parcel that proposes a qualifying project under State density bonus law.
