The proposed project would remove the existing approximately 21-foot-tall pole sign along the Highway 101 frontage, and replace it with an approximately 25-foot-tall pole sign in the same location. The existing sign is approximately 97 square feet in area, and the replacement sign would be reduced to approximately 51 square feet in area. The existing stone base and steel column supports would be reused. The replacement sign requires approval of a modification to exceed the CMC sign ordinance maximum height of 20 feet.
