Landscape improvements would include a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing landscape planter areas along the Carpinteria Avenue frontage with a mix of ground cover, shrubs, and tree plantings. Planter areas in the parking lots along the rear and side of each building would include a mix of existing plantings where healthy, and new plantings where necessary. Also proposed is a new eight-foot wall along the Highway 101 frontage, pedestrian access improvements to join existing building access paths to the bikeway and sidewalk, and new bike parking areas.
