Request of Michael Stroh, DMHA Architects, agent/architect for CHT, LLC, to consider Project 21-2090-DP/CDP for preliminary review of a proposal for an adaptive reuse project that would remodel and reconfigure the existing buildings on the property to create a multi-tenant retail, restaurant, and office development with a central outdoor plaza.
