1) Minutes of the regular Planning Commission meeting held March 1, 2021

2) Hearing at the request of the City for the Planning Commission to receive the Draft Downtown Carpinteria Parking Study prepared by Walker Consultants for the City and make recommendations for additions, modifications, and/or deletions, as determined appropriate.

3) According to Section 2.32.040 of the Carpinteria Municipal Code, the Planning Commission shall elect a chair and vice-chair from among its members at its first regular meeting after July 1st of each year. At the meeting of July 6, 2020, Commissioner Benefield, citing personal reasons, asked to postpone the election until meetings are held in the Council Chamber. Commissioner La Fevers moved, Benefield second, to continue with the existing positions and to revisit the election at the first meeting in the Council Chamber. 5-0 vote
