Comments shall be limited to 15 minutes, divided among those persons desiring to speak, but no person shall speak longer than five minutes. 1) APPLICANT: Kyle & Andrea Zuvella (Project: 20-2041-DP/CDP) PLANNER: Syndi Souter PROJECT LOCATION: 4756 Fifth Street ZONING: Planned Residential Development (PRD-20): Request of Kyle and Andrea Zuvella to consider Project 20-2041-DP/CDP for preliminary/final review of a request to construct a new 431 square-foot master bedroom addition to the rear of the existing 904 square-foot single-family residence. The proposal includes an interior remodel, changes to the exterior finishes, and a new picket fence in the front yard. The property is an 8,446 square-foot parcel zoned Planned Residential Development (PRD-20) and shown as APN 003-303-014, addressed as 4756 Fifth Street.
2) APPLICANT: Dennis Thompson, architect for Leland & Diana Walmsley (Project: 18-1919-CUP/CDP) PLANNER: Syndi Souter PROJECT LOCATION: 1455 Azalea Drive ZONING: Single-Family Residential (7-R-1): Request of Dennis Thompson, architect for Leland and Diana Walmsley, to consider Project 18-1919-CUP/CDP for continued preliminary review of a request to: 1.) construct a new 207 square-foot first floor addition to the existing 1,159 square-foot residence; 2.) demolish the existing 512 square-foot garage, and reorient and reconstruct a new 539 square-foot attached two-car garage facing the street; and 3.) construction of a new 396 square-foot second-story accessory room above the proposed new garage with a 178 square-foot roof deck.
